Cancellation Penalties

All cancellations must be received in writing and receipt acknowledged by MSC Cruises. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement from MSC
Cruises, it means your notice of cancellation was not received.
Cancellations received before the penalty period begins will receive a full refund.
For all sailings except those including Asia or Far East Destinations, cancellation charges will apply as outlined below. For sailings including Asia or
Far East Destinations please refer to Booking Terms and Conditions.

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.
